SmugAardvark brought his Vette out to AutoX at Sonoma today. I had the good fortune of chasing him around a bit. The organizers don’t do timing and only clean up the cones a few times per day. As such, they say the course is “dynamic” and they all for some cat & mouse with friends. I got to chase the Vette as well as another Exocet.
It was great cap to many good years of Oppo. As always, come join the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and stay up to date on the latest Oppo happenings and online meetup places. There’s a lot of great work being done to preserve the community.
Before we roll, a few more videos. We got some surprise rain. The other Exo ate a cone and I spent the entire lap getting VERY sideways.
Unfortunately, my batteries died in different intervals , so the audio on the good Exocet chase video that I captured isn’t so awesome.

Had a great time. I got a video of the C5 chasing the Exo around the course.
Nick’s faster than me, but it was still a fantastic day until I broke a battery terminal.
